Don't blush or be embarrassed. Just get out there and try it.

I tried it (but got a few private lessons) for my 55th birthday! I couldn't believe how much fun I had, the moves I learned, the confidence it gave me on the dance floor (I'm laughing at myself, I totally love dancing!) and the WORK OUT! Oh my. Every muscle in my body felt it.
